hey all,
here's the first post on the blog, our last guestbook got spammed and shut down, so hopefully this solves the problem. also an easy solution to updating the page, as we have very little time do deal with updating a whole page, although i will still be updating the webpage once or twice a month. as for news, we are doing well, we've got our house almost set up, and have settled into the office and the work. still lots to learn though. we've been doing lots of traveling, back and forth to the border, as well as up to chiang mai. i've got lots of ideas for some projects, but i do need some help, so anyone who wants to spend some time doing something good on vacation this year, let me know! We are still trying to get a work visa, as the visa situation here in thailand has changed. we can no longer get unlimited tourist visas, so REALLY need to get the work visa. otherwise we will have to leave the country for three months, which needless to say, we cant really afford, and we definitely dont want to do, as it will interfere with the work we have already started. OK, gotta run, more to come later.

Wow you have an exciting life!! I'm so happy for you that you are doing what you heart tells you and pray that the Visa issue works out. I can't belive that will stand in you way when you've come so far. It sounds like the people you're helping really need you guys.Where and when do you eat? And what about the usual things like showering , sleeping ,etc? Are you usually on the road so much?
What kinds of things do you need, or are all of your needs met?
